Change is possible!

A healthy bowel contains the waste of about 3-4 meals and no old stuff. Our goal is to reduce the poo volume pattern to a healthy amount. When we reduce the mobile compost heap we in turn improve the intestinal transit time (time that wastes travel through the intestines for elimination). We don’t want this stuff to stay in our system and poisoning the body.

As long as we continue to assume that the colon will take care of itself, just as long we will we remain in complete ignorance of perhaps the most important source of ill health in the entire body”.
